Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited without recourse.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mz777 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. mz777 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following categories of individuals are prohibited from holding a mz777 Account:

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. mz777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mz777 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken. mz777 will investigate all reported security incidents promptly.
All mz777 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR through the approved payment methods listed on the Platform. No currency conversion fees are charged by mz777 on PKR transactions, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mz777 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount at mz777 is Rs 100. Deposits are processed through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. mz777 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. mz777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal conditions below. mz777 targets withdrawal processing within 60 seconds of approval, however processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Payment Security: mz777 will never process a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same Account. This is a security measure designed to protect your funds from being redirected to unauthorised accounts.
6.1 mz777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. The specific terms of each promotion — including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published alongside each offer on the Platform.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonuses at mz777 are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed in full.
6.3 Where a Player accepts a bonus, their Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are tracked separately within the Account. Real Money Balance is used first for wagers unless the Player explicitly selects the Bonus Balance. Winnings from Real Money wagers are credited to the Real Money Balance and are withdrawable at any time subject to minimum withdrawal conditions.

6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim a single offer, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — is a Prohibited Activity under Section 7 and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 All casino games offered on the mz777 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by mz777 or by any Player action outside normal gameplay.
7.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mz777 Platform. Engagement in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, Account closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

8.3 Obvious Errors. Where odds are published due to an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrectly priced markets or manifestly mispriced lines), mz777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players who place bets in exploitation of obvious errors may have their Accounts suspended.
8.4 Live Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to availability. mz777 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured provided no Prohibited Activity is associated with them.
8.5 Cricket Markets. Given the prominence of PSL and international cricket betting on mz777, Players should note that cricket markets are subject to the Laws of Cricket as applied by the respective governing body for each match. 11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mz777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 12.1 The mz777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mz777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mz777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds due to technical failure, provided that mz777 has acted in good faith.
12.3 mz777 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond mz777's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, telecommunications network failures, power outages, or actions of a government or regulatory body.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mz777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Termination by the Player. Players may close their mz777 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, provided no outstanding KYC requirements or disputes are pending.
13.2 Termination by mz777. mz777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it believes — on reasonable grounds — that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Activity, provided false information, or where closing the Account is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
13.3 Where an Account is closed by mz777 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited immediately upon Account closure for breach.
14.1 mz777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mz777 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect .
14.2 Continued use of the mz777 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
